Error 1923

Problem

You receive this error when installing a newer version of the IRIS School Data Extractor on a server or PC that previously had DE Monitor manually installed on it.

Solution

Open a command prompt and run the following - sc delete "DEMonitor" and sc delete "DEService". The Data Extractor Monitor and Data Extractor services should now be removed and the installation will complete successfully
