Error 1064

The error appears when manually trying to start or restart the Data Extractor service.

This is usually caused by AntiVirus software (e.g. Sophos) blocking the Data Extractor dll files from running.

To resolve, please follow the steps below.

  1. Stop the services Data Extractor and Data Extractor Monitor (if running or starting)

  2. Download these files on the machine the software is installed on.

  3. Extract the files and copy the contents to C:\Program Files (x86)\Contact Group\Data Extractor overwriting any with the same name.

  4. Once applied, try starting the Data Extractor and Data Extractor Monitor services.
