Data Extractor Service Started and Then Stopped

Problem

You get this error when trying to start the Data Extractor service 

Solution

Try the below to fix the issue

1. Check the proxy settings in deconfig.exe are correct - must come back connection OK

2. Check the account the Data Extractor service is running under - it might be that the password has changed

3. Check the SQL server service for the instance used for DE (found in CGDE) is running

4, Reboot the server (out of hours)
