Problem

You receive this error after clicking OK in deconfig.exe

date and time

Solution

To resolve, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the proxy settings button in configuration

2. Enter the manual proxy settings and press the Test button. You should get a Connection OK message.
3. Keep pressing OK until you get the successfully completed setup message.
