Solution
Please try the following to resolve:
Windows updates
Update IE browser http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/internet-explorer.aspx
Check and update certificate http://www.digicert.com/util/utility-test-ocsp-and-crl-access-from-a-server.htm
- Check server date and time is correct
