Alert Subscriptions

If you would like to subscribe to alerts via a secure message, select the 'Alert Subscriptions' tab. Depending on the user role assigned to your account you will see the different options available to toggle on or off.

If the option has a tick and a blue checkbox, this means you have subscribed to receive the alert. If you would like to stop receiving the alert, simply click on the blue checkbox and this will change to an empty checkbox indicating the alert will not be sent.

The Designated Teacher and Social Worker will only be able to select the frequency of emails notifying of a new secure message. They can choose to be notified immediately, once a day or receive no emails at all when a new secure message arrives. For example, if "Be emailed once a day when new secure message arrive" is checked, the user will only get an email at 4pm stating "you have message(s)". Designated teachers and social workers will see the alerts they are subscribed to, but those settings are controlled by Virtual School Administrator and are read only. If you are a designated teacher or a social worker and would like to change your alert subscription preferences, please contact your Virtual School Administrator.
