Profile

Under Profile you will see Details, Change Password and Filter Defaults. Any changes made here will only effect the account you are currently logged in as.

Details

Shows the information of the person you are logged into Call Parents as. If these details need changing this will need to be done via the Admin tool.

Reply to email - allows you to specify an email address you wish to receive any replies from parents for messages you have sent out. If no address is specified here any replies to emails will go to the email address in Organisation Details. If an email address is entered or edited, please click Apply Changes.

Direct Number - is currently not in use but will be built into Call Parents in the future. 

Change Password

Allows you to change the password you use to login with. Make sure the password is at least 8 characters long, contains a capital letter and a number.

Filter Defaults

Allows you to choose which filter options you want to see on the Messaging page. You can also filter out particular year groups to only see those you need to send messages to.
