Messages sent to your inbox are accessed by selecting 'Messages' from the top navigation of the page. These could be notifications or direct messages from colleagues and other LAC Users.

It works in a similar way to a standard web mail page, with a list of messges on the left hand side - unread messages appear in bold.
Items flagged as urgent have a red exclaimation mark next to them.
Items with attachments have a paperclip next to them.

Simply select the messages you want to read and it will open on the right hand side.

There is a 'Search' field available to help you locate messages. You can type in the subject or the colleagues name and press enter which should retrieve any message relating to the search criteria. This can be very helpful when there is a lot of messages in your inbox.

You can navigate through the folders by selecting a folder from the left pane. The available folders are Inbox, Sent and Deleted.

To delete a message from the Inbox or Sent folders select the messages you would like to remove and click the 'Delete' button. A message box will appear which will ask "Are you sure you want to delete this message?". The messages then move tinto the Deleted folder. Please note messages can not be deleted from the "Deleted" folder.
