Message Support


While using Looked After Call, you may encounter a problem that you are unable to resolve. A student may not be showing on the system, incorrect data may have been entered, or you might want additional support because it may not be covered in the help guides.
 
There is the possibility to contact our Support team by sending a Secure Message directly from Looked after Call. Our team of support personnel will then help you overcome these problems and provide you with the information you need.
 
To do this you will need to send a message by selecting Support by selecting the drop-down list in the 'To' field and searching for Support as shown in the screenshot.
