Update Attendance Marks as Designated Teacher

In order to view the Register, first of all, you will need to be logged in to Looked After Call.

This guide is for users that have the role of "Designated Teacher" or "Social Worker". You can read more about Looked After Call Users if you are unsure what this means.

On the Home page select “Register” tab that takes you to the Register screen, the area where Designated Teacher can update studence attendance marks.

 

Use “Previous week” and “Next week” buttons to choose the correct date. The date the register week begins shows in the “Week” column

 

 

To add an attendance mark click on the dropdown against the stutend name under the selected session (AM/PM) and day (Monday - Friday)

Use attendance code list on the right-hand side for the code meaning.
