Audit Trail and Usage Stats
The User Audit Trail displays the log of user activities.
In order to view Audit Trail in Looked After Call, you must be logged in to the Looked After Call Admin site (http://admin.lookedaftercall.com) as a user with the type 'LA Super User'.
Navigate to http://admin.lookedaftercall.com and sign in;
Select 'Settings' > 'Audit Trail'

When an audited activity is performed by a user or admin, an audit record is generated and added to the table on the Audit Trail page. The following information will be displayed:
Note: Currently this log displays 'Excel file exported' only. More audited events to be added. | |
You can see the list of events controlled by a series of filters to quickly identify the information you need to see. Available filters:
Note: By default events displayed are for a logged in user.
Note: You may sort by any of the columns by clicking on the column heading. Click on the heading again to sort in the opposite direction (ascending/descending). | |
To view the event diagnostic select "Show" next to "Diagnostic Information" in the left lower corner (toggle default is off). | |
An option to export Audit Trail table is provided. In order to export the data select "Export" in the left lower corner. | |
This will launch a dialog to prompt for password, you will need this password to access the file. You can select "Generate a password" or create your own. Copy password to clipboard to paste it into an excel file, confirm the terms and conditions and select Export - It will be downloaded to your computer. All the data visible in the front end will be exported. | |
When launched it will prompt for the password. Just paste the password used for the export. | |
Usage Stats | |
To view usage stats select 'Settings' > 'Usage Stats'. A users navigation through the site will be visible in the report. Use filters to view activities related to a selected user. Note: By default activities displayed are for a logged in user. |
