Text Message In (TMI)

To use Text Message In you will need to contact our Sales team on 0333 3131415 option 2 or email sales@the-contactgroup.com. Once you have done this, Text Message In can be accessed via the Text Message In tab in Call Parents. 

Text Message In allows an organisation to purchase a dedicated number that they can then give to parents to use to send messages directly to the school e.g. regarding their child's absence.

Step-by-step guide

1. After you click Text Message In it will show any messages that have been received that day. Filters on the left hand side allow you to choose a specific date or date range to view your historical messages.

2. For each message, you have the option to Reply to it i.e. if you need any further information. To do this, click Reply.

3. Type the reply and click Send.
