Call Parents keeps track of all of the messages the school have sent. Clicking the Reporting page allows you to view these.
Step-by-step guide
You can break the reports down in several ways:
- Message ID; each message sent has its own unique message ID. This can also be viewed on the Previous Messages tab (shown later in this reporting section)
- Search on names or telephone numbers
- Date ranges; enter a from and Until date
- Search on messages sent to Students, Staff or leave as both
- Sent by; if you use multiple accounts you can view who has sent what
- School group; search on year, class or house
Message Delivery - Today - shows all of the messages that have been sent out today. Tip - Removing a status or applying a filter will narrow down your search criteria.
Last Day Used - shows the messages that were sent out the last time Call Parents was used.
To view the contents of the message that was sent click SMS or Email under Message Type.
