How to login log in to OurSchoolsApp Admin Tool

  1. Using your web browser of choice, go to

    http://admin.ourschoolsapp.com or if you have CallParents you may select the Admin tab to the top right of the screen.

  2. Enter your login log in credentials and click the 'LoginLog in' button - your credentials will have been sent to you following your purchase of OurSchoolsApp.

  3. Once you have successfully logged in, the home page will be displayed. 
    (If you also have CallParentsCall Parents, you may find that you will need to navigate to OurSchoolsApp by selecting 'Products' in the top blue navigation bar and finally choosing OSA OurSchoolsApp in the tabs below)
  4. From here you will have the ability to manage all content that you wish to share with parents.  These include:
  • Home (This is the first screen parents will see, and the central hub of navigation whilst using OurSchoolsApp)
  • Information (In here Here you will include any Information information that is unlikely to change frequently , things like (e.g. Head's Welcome, Policies and Procedures, Extra-curricular Activity Guides))
  • News (Any breaking news that you want to share at the click of a button)
  • Calendar (In this section Here you should add all of the upcoming events for your school so parents can receive automatic reminders)
  • Contacts (You may wish to add any contacts that will be relevant for parents to get in touch with)
  • Branding (Let parents know they are viewing your App by adding your logo and customising colour)
  • Documents (Upload documents (PDF & Word) and images (JPG & PNG) to share with parents in one convenient place)
