Problem

The emergency contacts screen popups when logging in to Truancy Call

Solution

If this is the first time this has appeared, please enter a mobile number and/or an email address for either the school or a Truancy Call user. It will only be used by ourselves to advise schools in the event of a major issue with the system.

If the box has reappeared after a period of usage, then please recheck the info added, and press save. The box will reappear every 90 days so that you may check the details are correct. Should you need to amend details in the interim, please go to Help>View Emergency Contact
