Truancy Call will not write back marks back to CMIS

Problem

You change a mark for a student in Truancy Call but this has not updated the mark for the student in CMIS

Solution

1.In CMIS go to Attendance>Calendar and find out what code denotes a normal school day (the code which normally shows in Monday - Friday). 
2. Open Truancy Call. Go to Settings>Configure and select the Mark Writeback tab. Ensure the 'All Attend Code' is the same as what you viewed in the CMIS calendar.


3. If it's not then amend it. Please note that this code is case sensitive. 
4. Once amended, in Truancy Call enter a test attendance code against a student and ensure the mark is now being written back to CMIS
