What number displays on the parents phone?

Problem

When you send out a call or sms via Truancy Call, a number is displayed on the recipients phone. We recommend informing parents about these numbers so that calls/messages from the school are not ignored. 

Truancy Call

Calls - 07445102651 - Recipients cannot ring this number (at the moment). If they wish to return the call they must contact the school directly. However, if they were to send an SMS to the number it would send them back the below message.

 

SMS - 07786200444 (This will be different if you have a dedicated number setup) - Recipients cannot call this number.
