Sorry - cannot start Truancy Call...

Problem

You receive the error 'Sorry - cannot start Truancy Call. Cannot access files on your server' when trying to log in to Truancy Call. 

Solution

Check that you can access the location where Truancy Call's database is located e.g. S:\Sims. This is usually on a mapped network drive so make sure this drive is connected i.e. there is no red cross next to it and you can browse to it. You can check this by going to 'This PC' and looking under Network locations
