Problem
When you send out a call or sms via Truancy Call or a 2 way text (allow reply) in Call Parents, a number is displayed on the recipients phone.
Truancy Call
Calls - 08452250319 Recipients cannot ring this number. If they wish to return the call they must contact the school directly.
SMS - 07786200444 (This will be different if you have a dedicated number setup). Recipients cannot call this number.
Call Parents (Desktop)
SMS - 07537401281 Recipients cannot call this number. Please be aware that if you sent a 1 way text it will display your header (Settings>Configure>Calling) and not the number.
Call Parents (New)
SMS - 07860005017 Recipients cannot call this number. Please be aware that if you sent a 1 way text it will display your header (Settings>Global Settings>School Details) and not the number.
