Problem

SMS messages sent via Call Parents are not being received by the parent even though they show as Delivered in Call Parents.

Solution

Nokia Lumia phones automatically block withheld numbers. To disable this, please follow the instructions below.

Go to Settings > Call + SMS Filters > Advanced > Block Withheld Numbers > turn to OFF
