SMS messages not being received on Nokia Lumia handset

Problem

SMS messages are not being received by the parent even though they show as Delivered.

Solution

Nokia Lumia phones automatically block withheld numbers. To disable this, please follow the instructions below.

Go to Settings > Call + SMS Filters > Advanced > Block Withheld Numbers > turn to OFF
