Problem
When you send out a call or sms via Truancy Call or a 2 way text (allow reply) in Call Parents, a number is displayed on the recipients phone. We recommend informing parents about these numbers so that calls/messages from the school are not ignored.
Truancy Call
Calls - 07445102651 - 08452250319 Recipients cannot ring this number (at the moment). If they wish to return the call they must contact the school directly. However, if they were to send an SMS to the number it would send them back the below message.
SMS - 07786200444 07786200444 (This will be different if you have a dedicated number setup). Recipients cannot call this number.
Call Parents (Desktop)
SMS - 07537401281 Recipients cannot call this number. Please be aware that if you sent a 1 way text it will display your header (Settings>Configure>Calling) and not the number.
