Reset my forgotten password

It is possible to change/reset your password from the LAC system. Simply click on the grey 'Forgotten your password?' button.


On the next screen you will need to enter the 'Login Email' and the 'Organisation ID' and select the 'Request Password Reset' button a password request will be sent to the email address that you entered.





If you are logged into the system and would like to change your password you will need to select the User Profile icon.

  1. Select the User Profile icon from the top navigation.
     
  2. Select the User Profile tab.

  3. Select the 'Change My Password' button.
     
  4. Once the button has been selected the green popup will display 'Email Sent' to confirm the email was generated and sent to your email address.





Once the email has been generated and sent you should receive an email with the subject 'Looked After Call password reset' and it should provide a link to allow you to setup a new password. You will then be able to login using the new credentials and gain access to the system if you have followed the password complexity rules and is within the 24 hour limit.
