Problem
Auto updates fail, generate an error or get stuck in a loop
Solution
Try running tcupdate3.exe from C:\Truancy Call or C:\Call Parents first. If that fails then try these URL's and save to the install location normally C:\Truancy Call or C:\Call Parents. It will ask you to replace/overwrite the files so click Yes.

If .exe files are being blocked try downloading as .zip or .doc once saved you will need to rename the files back to .exe

Call Parents (desktop)
