The error appears when manually trying to start or restart the Data Extractor service.
This is usually caused by AntiVirus software (e.g. Sophos) blocking the Data Extractor services from running. Please add a folder\file and an application exception to your AntiVirus software for this location C:\Program Files (x86)\Contact Group\Data Extractor.

Once applied, reboot the server when possible and then try starting the Data Extractor and Data Extractor Monitor services.
