Class Not Registered

Problem

tc_simsdotnet.dll has not registered

Solution

1. Open a Command Prompt as administrator and run the below command. If you cannot run this command or it fails please speak to your IT support. Note: if Truancy Call is installed to a different place then you will need to supply the correct path.

regsvr32 "C:\Truancy Call\tc_simsdotnet.dll"

2. After registration, a message will appear telling you registration was successful

3. Try logging into Truancy Call again
