No reason codes showing in Truancy Call

Problem

Reason codes are not showing under the Amend Report tab. The page is blank

Solution

  1. Go to Settings > Configure > click Change
  2. Update the Sims credentials with a valid account which is part of the Administration Assistant and TPSuperUser groups
  3. Click OK N.B. if you get a warning about forcing a new day and you have already sent out calls today please click No to this
  4. Double click on the students name > select Amend Report > try entering a reason again
