Marks in Truancy Call won't writeback to CMIS

Problem

Truancy Call will not write back marks back to CMIS

Solution

(1) Go into CMIS Attendance>Calendar and find out what code denotes a normal school day (the code which shows in Monday - Friday). 
(2) Open Truancy Call. Go to Settings>Configure and select the Mark Writeback tab. Ensure the 'All Attend Code' is the same as what you viewed in the CMIS calendar.


(3) If it's not then amend it. Please note that this code is case sensitive. 
(4) Once amended, click Apply and in Truancy Call enter a test attendance code against a student and ensure the mark is now being written back to CMIS
