Unable to start service

 Problem

You receive this error after installing the Contact Group Software Tool and clicking OK on the configuration window.

 

 Solution

Click OK and if another error pops up, click OK again. You can usually ignore this error and the services do start up. The services are called Data extractor and Data extractor monitor which should both be running.

 

If the services are not running and there has been a problem starting them, please contact the support team.
