Unable to Call


After pressing Get Absent Students you notice that the status for some students is 'unable to call'. This means a contact for the student has been found in your MIS but they do not have a number entered.


  1. Open your MIS and find the student in question
  2. Update the students record and save it
  3. Go back in to Truancy Call 
  4. Go to Settings > Re-check Parent Contacts
