• Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) - For 32 bit and 64 bit operating systems
• Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) - For 64 bit operating systems
• Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package ATL Security Update - 64 bit users should install both 32 & 64 bit updates
• Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 for x64-based Systems (KB973688) - 64 bit Operating systems with faulting modules in c:\windows\syswow64 eg. Faulting module name: OLEAUT32.dl

Manual software updates for Truancy Call

Truancy Call is designed to automatically update, but should this not be happening follow these instructions: Please report any problems you have with auto-updates so we are aware of them. Thank you.

1. Close the Truancy Call software.
2. Download the update file below to your local system (unzip if nessary)
3. Move this file to [local disk]:\Truancy Call. Normally C:\Truancy Call
4. You should be prompted to over-write an existing file - click Yes to allow this.
5. Restart Truancy Call and check the version via >Help>About interface

• Truancy Call files (inc SIMS7 & manual dll. registration files) zip
• Microsoft files required to run Truancy Call - copy the contents of this file to the [local disk]:\Truancy Call folder. Normally C:\Truancy Call
