Problem

Popup message appears stating 'Truancy Call did not successfully download required update - please try running Truancy Call again' when trying to login.



Solution

Manually download the updates from our websites www.truancall.com/truancycallp.exe and www.truancycall.com/truancycallsims.exe Save these files to where Truancy Call is installed (usually C:\Truancy Call)

 If your network is blocking the .exe's from downloading, please try the same url but with .doc or .zip at the end. Once downloaded rename the files to .exe
