SMS messages are not being received by the parent even though they show as Delivered.
Nokia Lumia phones automatically block withheld numbers. To disable this, please follow the instructions below.
| Go to Settings > Call + SMS Filters > Advanced > Block Withheld Numbers > turn to OFF |
