In order for IRIS to be able to pull data from your SIMS instance, your schools URN (Unique Reference Number) needs to be up-to-date.
Please ensure your schools latest URN is entered on the Establishment panel as per page 51 of the SIMS help guide here.
You can find your schools URN, as well as other details, on the gov.uk website.
