Problem

You receive this error after clicking OK in deconfig.exe

Solution

To resolve, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the proxy server settings and change from use IE settings to manual configuration and type in the proxy details. Once done, click Test. This must come back 'connection OK'settings button in configuration

2. Enter the manual proxy settings and press the Test button. You should get a Connection OK message.
3. Keep pressing OK until you get the successfully completed setup message.
