Problem
When you install Truancy Call or Call Parents (Desktop and New) you are asked to enter a Sims username and password.
Solution
You can use any Sims account but it must be part of the groups listed below. We recommend creating a dedicated Sims account e.g. ContactGroup. This will avoid assigning permissions to people who do not need them and it means that if the user changes their password, our software won't stop working. Please note that the username must be all one word and cannot contain any spaces.
