Problem
You receive this error when trying to install the Contact Group software toolthe IRIS School Data Extractor on a machine running SQL Server 2008 SP1
Solution
Our software tool needs to be installed on SQL Server 2008 SP1 or above. To resolve, either apply the service packs pack updates for SQL or choose the Normal + install option.
